The proposed project aims to redevelop the section into 6 modern 3 bedroom, 2 level townhouses in a single residential building configuration.

All of the units will have a ground floor area of 62 m2 and a 1st floor area of 59 m2 with a total gross floor area of 121 m2.

They will all share the same floor plan configuration. The ground floor comprising of a single car garage and laundry with a washer, dryer and tub and access to both the house internally, and the western outdoor living to the rear. An open plan kitchen & dining room layout and living room with a downstairs toilet. The living room will access the Western outdoor living area by way of sliding aluminum doors.

Unit 1 will be at the front of the site, the remaining 5 residential units are all joined with parti fire walls and unit 6 being the most southerly. The units will have a ground floor outdoor living space ranging from 44.5 m2 for unit 1 and the remaining units approximately 33 m2, with the same area acting as outlook space with min. dimensions of 4.5 m by 6 m.

Between the units and the eastern driveway will be a small 18 m2 landscaped garden area involving a Japanese Maple tree and Lomandra shrubs and outdoor storage area for the councils rubbish bins, bicycles and other residential items.

The 1st floor plan will comprise of stairs, hallway, master bedroom with a vanity desk, walk in wardrobe and ensuited shower, vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 2 with a wardrobe, bedroom 3 with a wardrobe and a bathroom with toilet, vanity and bath with shower over.

All of the units are constructed from gabled truss and metal roofing, horizontal weatherboards for the first level, a brick exterior at ground level with powder coated aluminium window and joinery.

There will be a new concrete driveway 3.3 m wide down the eastern side of the section giving street access to the proposed 6 dwellings and the existing rear dwelling driveway and garaging.

That driveway will be constructed from exposed concrete and aggregate or similar.
